  Very dissatisfied with Neighbors in general I put in paper work to opt out of the courtesy pay feature and I thought it went through but I guess they haven't received it which causes them to charge my card 75 dollars of overdraft fees I have my text alerts but they never are up to date with my actual account balance I asked to speak to a manager about the situation and no manager is never available I left multiple voicemails but no one ever returns my phone call I just believe charge 3 overdraft fees is a little over excessive seeing that my purchase was below 20 dollars if I could give the 0 stars I would

  I have not been to this particular branch, though I've been to virtually all other branches. As a whole, they really are customer oriented offering some great rates and services. I rarely have to wait for more than a few minutes. Everyone is very professional, and I like that they don't allow customers to wear shades, hats or anything that might be considered a disguise, which is comforting. Love being a part of Neighbors!
