  This place is the worst. A couple weeks ago I missed a package and scheduled a redelivery. I stayed home the whole day waiting for my package and it never came. I went to the post office the next day and it was just sitting in the back with no explanation why it wasn't delivered the day before. This past weekend I was expecting a delivery and stayed home all day only to receive a notification that nobody was home to receive the delivery. I was there all day! Not to mention I was 3 feet away from my mailbox at the time they claimed that they tried to deliver it. Waited 30 minutes this morning at the post office only for them to tell me that it was already on a truck yet I received no notification that a redelivery was being attempted. Awesome. Hopefully they just leave it on the porch like I asked while I'm at work or else I'm stuck doing this whole dance again tomorrow.

  THE MAIL CARRIER IS STEALING THE MAIL!!!!! AND THE POST OFFICE IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT!!! NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND EVERY ONES ATTITUDE IS BASICALLY LIKE " WHATEVER!" I CANT BELIEVE I MOVED IN THIS AREA TO B ROBBED.

  Don't ever us kiosk for mailing...delivered late, then charged 1.90 more for postage due at the receiving address. And it still isn't delivered over 3 days from delivery date. Plus j can't do nothing about it here. I'm the one that sent it. I will go to the next week..

  The associates at this location are often rude, lacking the ability/willingness to speak to there clients without an underlying contemptuous tone when providing customer service. Also, when trying to resolve delivery issues, they still have yet to follow thru with reaching out to me after assuring me they would do so both times I spoke to them. Poor attitudes, horrible customer service, incompetent! I have a package that they have yet to deliver (due to my address being 'undeliverable' all of the sudden. Despite the fact all the rest of my mail, bills and junk alike, seemed to make it all right after obviously being determined as 'deliverable') and damaged boxes thrown on my porch. It is frustrating because there are no other mailing options available and they are horrible! HORRIBLE! I do not award any compliments, stars, praise, nor reccommendations for this office.
