- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I came in with my teenage daughter to open her first account. It was 3:35, and the bank closed at 4 pm. She and I cannot make it to the bank earlier than that. The woman asked if we wanted to make an appointment. I asked if an appointment was necessary to open an account. She replied no. I worked in banking. It didn't matter if it was 11:50 am on Saturday and we closed at noon...you waited on the customer. I am highly dissatisfied and won't be back.
